the years The Evening Hatch Guide Service has seasoned a significant
percentage of the guides that are on the river today. Some are with
us and some may be out on their own or with other outfitters. One
thing is for sure, The Evening Hatch set the standard of excellence

We
offer fantastic fly
fishing adventure on
Washington rivers including the Yakima, Upper
Columbia, Klickitat,
Methow
and more. If guiding
is your passion come join us at our Yakima riverside 'Guide School'.
If
fishing is not your priority then join us for an educational and
recreational float on the Yakima river. Our Adventure
River Floats focus on providing a fun learning
curriculum combining nature and knowledge for a great eco tour.
Our goal
is to provide our
guests with what
they want most, exciting, fun fly fishing adventures plus unequaled
personal attention. The Evening Hatch is proud to offer blue ribbon
catch and release fly fishing for Rainbow and Cutthroat trout from
'Our Home Waters' of Central Washington's spectacular Yakima River.
Our quarries range from rainbows
to cutthroat and brown trout to
Klickitat Steelhead.
In addition
to our day trips and overnight trips on the
Yakima
River
for resident rainbow and cutthroat trout we offer a diverse array
of fly adventure in Washington ranging from trout fishing on desert
streams to steelhead fishing with single hand and double hand rods.
We target 'dryside' steelhead on the Methow, and on the
Klickitat where we offer all inclusive packages at 'The
Steelhead Ranch'. We also feature deluxe riverside
lodging on the
Jurassic River.
To spice things up, we represent Five Star lodging in the lush jungles
and high pampas of Patagonia
Chile
and the rich drainages of Alaska. We also feature
our own conveniently located Fly
Shop on Yakima River
