Mission Statement and Goals

The mission of the Yakima River Fly Fishers is to be a leader in promoting activities that enhance the quality of the Yakima River and support the fly-fishing experience for all fly anglers who fish Central & Eastern Washington watersheds.

The goals of the club are to ensure that the issues important to fly fishers, throughout Washington State get the proper attention required to improve fly-fishing on the Yakima River. Water quality, sustained flows, fishing regulations, boat launch improvements and trash removal are just a few of the issues of interest to the Yakima River Fly Fishers.
