- Boat launch/recovery, foot access Mt Mosama Ash - White deposit of ash in the hillside on the West side of the river. Buck Island - One of the only sizable islands in the entirel Lower Canyon. Dear love to bed down on the island. Named by Tony Bynum and Jack in 1988. Miracle Mile - One of those magical banks, especially in high flows during a Caddis hatch. Name by Bo and Jack in 1987. Pegs Hole - Been there and named forever. _________________________ Access Points Llumma Access - BLM Acsess Fee based May 15 - Sept 15; $5/vehicle daily use and $15 overnight Mile Marker 10 WDFW Access - Just prior to MM 10 as you are heading south. WDFW permit required to hang from your rearview mirror. Permit is issued to you when you purchase your fishing license. Big Pines Formerly known as 'The Slab' - After MM 10 as your heading south. BLM Site - Fees apply as listed in Llumma. Mahres Access - WDFW Access permit needed as listed above in MM10 Access. Roza Access - BLM Access Fees apply as listed in Big Pines. This is the last access available above the dam.
