of international and local cuisine.

Numerous works of art, created by local
artists, are displayed in the buildings and on the grounds. When
you're not elsewhere enjoying an adventure, sit back, relax and
let your soul feast on the surroundings.
World Class Fly Fishing.
Your day begins with a hearty breakfast
at 7:30 AM. After breakfast, we set out for a full day of fishing
in Patagonian splendor. Scenic locations enhance your midday luncheon,
which is prepared there on the river or pre-packed to your order.

We are off the water between 5:30 and
6:30 PM, depending on shuttle times. This allows you to be ready
for dinner at 8:00 PM. Before and/or after dinner, those interested
may make use of the fly tying station. If you would rather use the
spa facilities, watch CNN for the news or catch up on email, the
choice is yours.
Your evening meal is selected from our
extensive menu at our Latitude 42º Restaurant. We provide a
mini wine tasting on your first evening to introduce you to Chilean
wines. Our wine list offers choices from more than 30 vineyards
and 220 distinct labels. Finish off your meal with a fine Cuban
cigar.
We consistently fish three large rivers,
six smaller rivers, two large lakes, three small lakes, a large
spring creek and nearby saltwater estuaries. A few of the better-known
local waters are the Petrohué and Puelo Rivers, Lago Llanquihue,
Lago Todos Los Santos and Cayutúe.
The Petrohué River float is believed
by many to be one of the most scenic in South America. It has numerous
braids and many pools with runs suitable for wading. Fishing is
usually very productive for both brown and rainbow trout. Fish can
range from three to eight pounds. The river also serves up the occasional
steelhead, Atlantic, chinook or silver salmon. Our fishing programs
are structured to the season, hatches and local water conditions
during your visit.
A variety of Sport Adventure expedition
is available at Yan Kee Way. We have packages that combine fly-fishing
and sport adventure and those that include no fishing activities
at all. Expeditions range from 1/2 day to 10 days. All you have
to decide is what type of adventure expedition will make your stay
with us the trip of your dreams.
