Jeremy
has a long family history of fishing. He was raised in Northwestern Montana and
much of his childhood only was aware of one fly, his grandfather's only fly---The
Royal Coachman. In fact in dedication to his grandfather and Montana he has named
his drift boat the Royal Trout Slayer. The "Royal" is a tribute to his
grandfather's favorite fly and the "Trout Slayer," refers to a Montana
beer and is representative of his Montana roots. Jeremy
has informally guided the Yakima for 3 years now and most recently decided to
join the Evening Hatch. His goal is to provide an awesome fishing experience.
This includes, catching fish, learning about the Yakima, its hatches and its subtle
nuances. He also cooks a mean lunch and just loves to show off his favorite river
to friends and clients. He ties most of his own flies and if desired this can
be incorporated into a day of fishing. He fishes year around. He loves all types
of fly fishing and is comfortable with streamer fishing, nymphing, dry fly fishing,
streamer on the go and mixing it up. In
his off time you will often see him out on the river with his family fishing,
doing science projects, working on becoming an entomologist and just enjoying
time with his girls.
